How does the Herbalife weight management program work?
With the Herbalife weight management program you replace a meal for a Formula 1 Shake.
The program is based on taking a Formula 1 Shake twice a day instead of eating a 'normal' meal three times a day. Once a day you can eat a 'normal' but healthy and lean meal.
Prepare the shake with 250 ml semi-skimmed or low-fat milk /soy milk /low-fat (drinking) yogurt /cottage cheese or fruit juice.
